By creating an account or using ShootCalendar, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a group or company, you confirm you may accept them for that group.
Keep your sign-in details secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Group managers and personal managers can view member availability and book, move or cancel shoots on members' connected calendars. By joining a group, you allow those roles to do so. Group creators can invite people, change group size and hand over management.
When you connect Google Calendar, you authorise ShootCalendar to read your free/busy times and manage events for shoots booked through the platform. If you add a private calendar link, we only read busy times from it. You can disconnect at any time.
Each group has a separate subscription paid by its billing owner, including groups with the same manager or overlapping members. Plans are monthly or yearly, with a flat fee covering the included places and an extra fee per additional place, as shown at checkout. Members do not pay individually. Only a manager's first group receives the seven-day trial without payment details. Additional paid places unlock after the immediate prorated charge is paid. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires.
AI-generated production briefs are suggestions. Review them before relying on them; we do not guarantee their accuracy.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
ShootCalendar is provided "as is". We are not liable for missed shoots, scheduling conflicts or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Continued use means you accept the changes.
